Ownership & Usage

🧃 Each Freshly Squeezed Set is sold once only. Once purchased, it is removed from our online shop permanently.
🧃 You receive full usage rights for all customised brand assets delivered to you.
🧃 Fonts included in your set will be licensed appropriately for your use, but cannot be redistributed or resold.

Customisation Process

🧃After purchase, you will receive an invitation to book your discovery call, where we’ll confirm your brand name, colours, typography, patterns and any other relevant details.\
🧃 Customisation begins only after this call has taken place.
🧃 Turnaround time is 5 working days from the date of the discovery call, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What’s Included / Not Included

🧃 Only the items listed in the product description are included in your Freshly Squeezed Set.
🧃 Additional design requests, revisions outside the agreed scope, or extra brand assets will be quoted separately.

Revisions

🧃 This product includes one round of refinements to your customised assets.
🧃 Further revisions can be added for an additional fee.

Refunds + Cancellations

🧃 Due to the nature of these one-off sets and the custom work involved, all sales are final. although we do have a grace period of up to 14 days if you change your mind.
🧃 Refunds are not available once a set has been purchased, customised and removed from The Juice Box.

Responsibility + Delivery

🧃 Final files will be delivered digitally in industry-standard formats.
🧃 You are responsible for saving and backing up your brand files after delivery.

Communication

🧃 All communication regarding your order will be via email and your scheduled discovery call.
🧃 If we require additional information to complete your customisation, turnaround times may adjust accordingly.
